We strive to make returns as smooth and fair as possible — but a few conditions apply.

✨ Return eligibility:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
• All original tags must be attached (if applicable)
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Final sale items and padel balls are not eligible for returns

📅 Return windows:

• Non-Members: 30 days from the delivery date
• Smash House Padel Shop Members: 60 days from the delivery date

In most cases, return shipping is at the customer’s expense. This helps us cover the real costs involved in processing returns — while keeping our product prices fair and competitive for everyone.

✨ Why we ask customers to cover return shipping:

1. Shipping costs: Returning items to our warehouse involves carrier fees, which can add up quickly
2. Inspection & restocking: Every item is carefully inspected and repackaged by our team before it’s returned to inventory.

We do our best to keep this cost as low as possible, and in many cases, customers can choose their preferred return method.

📦 Note:
If you're returning a product due to an error on our end (wrong item, defective, etc.), we’ll of course cover the return shipping in full.
