All rackets sold by Smash House Padel Shop come with a manufacturer's warranty. If your racket is found to be defective, it will be replaced by the manufacturer. However, rackets damaged due to normal wear and tear, or misuse are not covered under warranty.

Please note that applying for the warranty through the manufacturer can take time. At Smash House Padel Shop, we always strive to find a satisfactory solution for you.

All padel shoes sold by Smash House Padel Shop come with a manufacturer's warranty. Defective shoes will be replaced by the manufacturer. Shoes damaged beyond normal wear and tear will not be replaced.
